About Helen
OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
Helen Kierstead (BA, PGDE, PM, MBA) has significant knowledge in the review, facilitation, and development of human resources disciplines, at both a functional and strategic level. Her involvement in large-scale organizational change programs has included establishing strategies with senior management, facilitating organizational redesign, and assisting organizations to examine their current organizational culture, HR policies, and management practices.
Helen’s HR knowledge has also been instrumental in assisting organizations to align their strategic plans with their overall organizational objectives. Helen has also made influential contributions to performance management systems within organisations, through her in-depth knowledge of organisational culture and through the effective usage of organisational surveys.
